If you were scheduled, your appointment has been moved exactly 2 weeks out same day same time.

To schedule, reschedule or cancel your appointment please call us on April 1st. Please keep all calls and voicemail to a minimum so we can be sure to accommodate all emergency appointments. If you do have an emergency appointment only, you may call 810-569-5612 please limit these calls to emergencies only. For any payment inquires you may contact our corporate office at 1-888-622-7645.
